Schneider Packaging Brings The Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints To The Brewerton Speedway This Friday August 17

BREWERTON, NY - August 14, 2012 (By Dave Medler) - Sprint Cars and the Brewerton Speedway is the perfect combination for a night of high speed thrills and action as the winged warriors of the Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints invade the "D-Shaped Dirt Demon" this Friday night August 17th presented by Schneider Packaging.

Along with ESS, the Nationwide Insurance IMCA Modifieds, Beaver River Distribution Mod Lites and Anchor Bar & Grill Four Cylinder Super Stocks  will also be in action. The Home Depot will return with their Kids Work Shop that is popular with the Jr. Fan Club.

Coming into Friday night according to Dean Reynolds from ESS, they're having one of the tightest point battles ever between Justin Barger, Chuck Hebing and Lance Yonge.  Local favorites Paul Kinney, Shawn Donath and Sammy Reakes IV are in the hunt wherever the tour makes a stop. Brewerton Big Block Modified standout Larry Wight will also strap into his Gypsum Express, No.99L Sprinter. Steve Poirier has also made his return after knee surgery from a snowmobile racing accident.

It will also be our final point event for the AKS Firearms Top Gun Tour. Hebing, Yonge and Barger all have a shot at winning a $1300 shot gun as well.

To show how tough the ESS Tour is, Tony Stewart has been racking up wins in his 360 and 410 Sprint car but he has yet to beat an ESS regular and put his car in victory lane.
