Brewerton Speedway Big Block Modifieds Look To Continue Different Winners; Original Pizza Logs 600 Sprint Tour Set To Invade The Demon

BREWERTON, NY – June 19, 2012 (By Dave Medler) – What a season it’s been so far at the Brewerton Speedway. First time winners, win streaks and races in doubt right down to the checkers. What will happen this week is anyone’s guess.

This Friday night, June 22 at the ”D-Shaped Dirt Demon”, the Tracey Road Equipment Big Block Modifieds will try to push the different winner’s streak to eight at the toughest Friday night track in the Northeast for the modifieds.

Last Friday Robbie Bellinger picked up his first ever popular Big Block Modified win at the speedway. With his victory, Bellinger joins, Matt Sheppard, Billy Decker, Willy Decker, Jimmy Phelps, Alan Johnson and Ryan Phelps in the growing NAPA “Winners Classic” on the final point’s night of the season August 31. The Winner’s Classic is a lucrative event for Tracey Road Equipment Big Block Modified feature winners.

Also on the race card Friday night, on AVR Electric night will be the Beaver River Distribution Mod Lites and Anchor Bar & Grill Four Cylinder Super Stocks plus a special appearance by the Original Pizza Logs 600 Sprint Tour. The Nationwide Insurance IMCA Modifieds will have the week off.

If you have never seen the 600 Sprint Tour you should come out this Friday. They bring great fields of cars, and provide two-three wide racing on the Brewerton Speedway. To check out this exciting tour go www.600sprinttour.com.

After the races, make the short drive to the Anchor Bar & Grill. That is the new, popular destination for racers and fans. They are located just minutes from the speedway at 720 County Route 37.
