Industrial Tire of CNY pushes Hurricane 100 Winner’s Share over $8000

BREWERTON, NY (October 5, 2011) – Adding to an already strong purse, the winner’s share for Thursday Night’s SUNY Canton 100 at Brewerton Speedway has increased courtesy of Dennis Beaudette of Industrial Tire of CNY. Adding to the $7500 first place posted by SUNY Canton, the 100-lap event will now award the winner a whopping $8250.

 

The Hurricane 100 is a lucrative event for Northeast Modified racers. The total purse exceeds $30,000 for the 30 starters with $300 posted just to take the green.  $2500 in lap money will be distributed to randomly drawn drivers. Tracey Road Equipment is paying each heat winner $100 and MN’R Fuels of Pulaski, NY will award the Hard Charger with a 55 gallon drum of race fuel.  Finally, the winner of Thursday’s SUNY Canton 100 has the opportunity to earn an additional $1000 bonus is also victorious at Five Mile Point’s Short Track Supernationals on Saturday.
