BREWERTON, NY January 7, 2011 (By Dave Medler) – In an exciting announcement and back by popular demand for racers and fans alike the Brewerton and Fulton Speedways will be bringing back the race car show at the Great Northern Mall on route 31 in Clay, NY April 1-3 after a few years absence.
Here is your chance to get your sponsors name out in the public eye before the new race season and meet fans and make new fans as you show off your hard off-season work in the race shop.
It will be a fun family event all weekend as there will be contests, giveaways, prizes, ticket specials and driver autograph sessions throughout the weekend.
The show is open to any dirt race car from Big Block Modifieds, Small Block Modifieds, Sportsman,IMCA Modified, Late Models, Mod Lites, Four Cylinder Super Stocks and Vintage cars. There is no charge to display your car but space is limited to a first come first serve basis so ASAP your spot by calling Cory Reed at 315-638-4056 or email at cory@brewertonspeedway.com. Move in will be Thursday night after mall hours with move out Sunday after hours.
To make a complete racing weekend Brewerton and Fulton Speedway will have 2011 Blast Off Party at the Oasis at Thunder Island the same weekend. More details and ticket information forthcoming. The 2010 point fund money will be handed out. Come out for a great time to bench race with your favorite drivers and other fans as the long winter turns to spring and the new race season. Thunder Island is located 14 miles north of the Great Northern Mall on 21 Wilcox Road right off route 48 in Fulton, NY.
